This afternoon I was craving Caesar Salad. I looked in Bridgette Mars’ book “Rawsome” and found a great recipe (but didn’t have all the ingredients). So using it as a guide, I came up with this recipe! Enjoy!
Hemptastic Caesar Dressing
1 cup water
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1/8 cup hemp seeds
2 tsp granular mustard
1 tsp kelp granules
1/8 cup Olive Oil
1 clove garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
Blend until creamy and smooth.
I didn’t use just romaine for this salad, I also used delicious fresh tomatoes from the farmers market and white onion (also from the farmers market) and for a little spice I added cayenne.
